Prototype

When a performance part or piece of tooling doesn’t exist somebody needs to create that part to fill the void in the market. At this shop there have been many opportunities to create these parts and help further develop it through testing before production begins. One of those parts is the Early Hemi “Chizler” Single Plane intake manifold. Making the prototype has been an adventure and required lots of research, fitting, machining, grinding, welding, and fabrication to get a working piece just for testing purposes. Here is a recent pic during testing with Gene Adams at John Beck Racing Engines in Chico, Ca.
