409 Edelbrock
This CNC Program takes your Edelbrock Performer RPM 409 heads (Part #60809 or #60819) and turns them into a very powerful “W Series” Head. This program utilizes a larger 2.250 diameter intake valve and flows 345cfm @ .600 lift! This is a 70cfm gain over the stock unported casting. The exhaust valve is typically sized ranging from a 1.720 on up to a 1.750 (size optional) with great flowing exhaust ports as well. All ports are meticulously hand blended and a custom profile valve job is performed to get the most out of the port design. This CNC Program has been proven very versatile already. Put to use for Nostalgia Super Stock Racers, Hot Street Performance Enthusiasts, Hot Rod Power Tour Attendees, and even for many cars destined for the Show Car Circuit.

Intake manifold: Have a new or used intake manifold? Send it in to get port matched to the heads. A in house mockup block is used to make sure everything lines up before it heads out the door. Better ease of final assembly!
